Manage around 10+ residential properties across the DFW area. I handling rentals and leases to coordinating maintenance and renovations. I work directly with tenants, contractors, and vendors to make sure everything runs smoothly and the properties stay in great shape. I handle all the leasing paperwork, rent collections, and monthly tracking for each property. I also take care of marketing new listings, managing budgets, and keeping up with any city or HOA requirements.
