I am an experienced and commercially focused HR Generalist. I have expertise in delivering high value and high profile projects including change programs, managing TUPE transfers and restructuring following acquisitions. I have also worked on cross-functional global projects including talent management, employee engagement, employer branding and operational practice.
Reporting into the Chief HR Officer this is a six month project responsible for: - Managing and facilitating all talent management discussions with the Board and Board of Directors. - Leadership Development strategy for the Top 100 for 2015.
Reporting to VP Human Resources Europe & Africa; the business has approximately 7,000 employees in the division. Responsibility for the people strategy across the division focusing on succession planning, development and career planning and employee engagement. Other areas of focus include compensation and benefits including supporting a new job evaluation tool rollout, recruitment and sourcing and also involvement on various global projects focusing on leadership.
Responsibilty for supporting and coordinating the annual performance management and compensation & benefit process by including supporting the implementation of a new global HR performance management system into the division. I supported the President Europe & Africa in establishing and creating a Europe & Africa division team including recruiting, onboarding and ongoing HR support.
Responsibility for providing business partnering support and advice to managers and employees across both Gate Gourmet and Gate Aviation across 11 sites. I led a small team and was accountable for the full HR service including employee relations, change management, recruitment and pay negotiations. I was also involved in a number projects that affected the wider UK&I business including a large scale TUPE transfer, a property move and integration of Gate Aviation into the business.
As the HR Manager I was accountable for the operational HR service including leading a team of HR Advisors. Responsibilities for employee relations, recruitment, change management including TUPE transfers. Involvement in large scale changes around job gradings and pay structures including communication to our employees. Project managed and lead the dissolution of a Share Services Partnership from consultation to completion involving TUPE, redundancy and redeployment.
