I led cross-functional, multi-site teams comprising approximately 50 technical experts to deliver ready-to-integrate connectivity components aligned with the HealthSuite Reference Architecture. These efforts supported the expansion of Philips’ solution portfolio and accelerated time-to-market for connected products and solutions, ensuring the company’s continued competitiveness in the healthcare technology sector. The delivered software components were classified as Software Safety Class A and managed under a medical-class project framework. Additionally, I spearheaded the transformation of early connectivity activities from a predictive to an adaptive (agile) delivery approach, enhancing flexibility, collaboration, and responsiveness across teams.
