The Digital Ambassador Ecosystem service is responsible for reaching all corners of the global UX world by • Ensuring global reach to Digital Ambassadors: Business Support Professionals, IT Champions, Lead Country UseIT (User Engagement)Teams • Acting as bi-directional communication channel between regional and country organizations and all IT Global Hub User Experience services • Facilitating regional / local best practice sharing of User Experience initiatives • Driving regional / BizIT / hub relevant escalations and users’ feedback The Digital Ambassador Ecosystem establishes • A collaborative global network of User Experience teams across all hubs (regions) & countries • A connected network of local, regional and global user communities • Full transparency of past & future local, regional and global initiatives & resources to create consistent global impact
Coordination of regional User Engagement topics across all five Siemens Lead Countries (Argentina, Brazil, Canada, Mexico and United States) in the Americas. Engagement in various global task forces and committees to align global projects with regional requirements. Region Americas covers about 60,000 end users across the five lead countries. Member of the IT Americas Management Team.
Managing the UseIT team in the US, responsible for IT User Engagement including End User Communication, End User Training, End User Support and End User Analytics for about 20,000 users in the US.
