I have been working in the IT industry for 19 years, with around 14 years in Hospitality and Service industry. My previous companies include Conrad Hotel (Hilton), Hyatt, Millennium Hotels, and Imperial Treasure Restaurant Group. My most recent employment is with Singapore Petroleum Company (SPC), taking care of the retail station network and IT solution, as well as managing digital transformation projects and system upgrades. SPC is a subsidiary of PetroChina (China state-owned company). I have an MSc in IT and a certified Project Management Professional (PMP).
