Self-motivated individual pursuing Common ICT Programme in Ngee Ann Polytechnic Equipped with skill set such as, Networking Technology, Linux and ability to operate Microsoft Window's Operating System, currently pursuing to be a hyperscaler. In addition, good adaptability, and ability to work independently as well as in a team.
My primary job scope involves both remote and on-site troubleshooting for clients experiencing technical difficulties. I support clients in their workplaces and those working remotely from home. I have resolved various issues, including firewall troubleshooting, Windows operating system problems, Office 365 issues, and Wi-Fi connectivity challenges.
I actively participated in the ERP 2.0 project as an assistant to the in-charge manager. My responsibilities included addressing user inquiries and doubts, managing administrative tasks, and handling complaints and challenges. I played a significant role in preparing for the onboarding of units for ERP 2.0, ensuring a smooth transition and user readiness.
