Responsible for strategy implementation by selecting, prioritizing and leading multi–generation technical projects in line with company growth expectations. Responsible for technical projects selection, planning, definition, goals setting, projects prioritization, and resources deployment. In close cooperation with the European Research and Development Director, driving and leading the research team through the stage-gate project review process and ensuring proper project management practices are followed. Coordinating products development in collaboration with European construction companies and leveraging developed technologies within Dow Corporate R&D and business units other that Aerosol Adhesives and Sealants. On top of above business specific function, responsible for talent management, staffing and fresh graduates hiring to Dow Research and Development (RAP) Program on a European level.
