Oh Hello there! Ever since I was born, I have always grown up listening to my mom's strong saying of “In spite of playing your life's game, don't lose your humanity', which I'm holding onto my career, along with a broad smile and an upbeat attitude in everything I do. My quest for this profession begins at an early stage which made me acquire a university degree in the Information technology discipline and have been able to fabricate as an 'Integration Developer” for the last 12 years. With such strong appetency, I worked for Apple's Hi-tech domain and hopped onto JP Morgan's Investment Banking and from there routed to SingTel Optus's Telco and finished at Lion's FMCG recently. Primarily working on Agile environment and huge migration projects lead me to provide analytical and integration solutions for all the mapping related queries from the customers by collaborating with the Business Analyst, UX designers, Digital Producers, Digital stakeholders, and Product Owners. Reviewing and Monitoring all the inbound and Outbound transactions using different integration components and analyze the changes in the production and involved in performing A/B testing for all the new campaign and product launches in the optimizely tool. Although I’m quite successful in my career, I have realized that I was in a comfort zone. So, I longed to break that shell and put myself in a demanding position and my zeal towards translation of Data to meaningful insights through visualization made me do certification in “Data Analytics with SAS” and few personal projects and I'm still insatiable towards learning new skills. Luckily I'm obsessed with staying organized and structured and making everyone's life easier. It brings genuine happiness to my heart and takes the burden off from my loved one's shoulders and I'm always on my toes to do anything I can, to bring smiles to people's lives. Work is no different. I know Life is a crazy ride, and nothing is guaranteed. But I strongly believe that “Winning isn't the only thing, learning is” and each lesson makes us better.
Designing of an Integration Diagram for the entire supply chain process that includes Sales Order Creation , Order fulfillment , finances related to a product or service, from the procurement of raw materials to the delivery of the product at its final destination. • Involved in architecture design, configuring, deploying, and supporting iPaaS based data flows. • Developing and automating a multiple interfaces using Workato from the inbuilt legacy system Tools to downstream S4 Hana. • Followed three layered API-based Integration Architecture and Event-driven architecture and built recipes for finance, CRM and ERP transformation projects using Restful and soap API. • Experience working with cloud business apps like Sales-force,JIRA, vend and Magento. • Defining the best integration Practices to the team to comply the business requirements. • Support in testing activities, including integration testing, end-to-end (business process) testing and UAT.
Key Projects: Planned Outage Preference Management Portal (POPM) - AusNet Responsibilities: Analyzing the customer’s communication Preferences from EAI portal, including development of communication templates, identification of impacted customers and triggers for issuing communications and capture customer response and routing it to webMethods platform. Developing integration solution using Designer Integration server 9.10 to intercept the data received from EAI and Power on Fusion portal based on the communication preferences. Implemented the SMS and Email Integration solution using webMethods components like Designer and My webMethods Server (MWS) based on the standing data updates using Whispir API Platform. Implemented webMethods schedular service to send the POF generated letter content to Xerox, SMS and/or Email based on the customer communications preference. Key Projects: GAS Systems Upgrade Project – AusNet Responsibilities: •Primarily involved in upgrading the Australian Energy Market Operator’s (AEMO) compliance requirements relating to life support and Customer Detail Notifications (CDNs), update the existing version Hansen Hub (HubVB), which is used for metering and meter data management within the gas distribution network. •Supporting the Mapping and Translation of process Models built using webMethods 9.10 Business Process Model (BPM) and designer to deliver the following functionalities using aseXML standard communication. Involved in doing extensive unit testing and User acceptance testing for Upgrading from HubVB to HubCX, A new web-based solution, replacing an outdated system and providing an improved user interface. A fully compliant solution which will allow AusNet to continue to meet regulatory requirements. Automating life support as much as possible, compared to current manual process which will save time, mitigate risk, and ultimately benefit our life support customers.
Primarily involved in developing integration solution by translating JSON, EDI, XML, and Flat files to the down system of S4 Hana using rest and SOAP API. Mapping and Translation of different file formats of third-party supply chain and Logistics, Order to Cash, e-commerce and domain for Lion and its partners for Beer, Wine, spirits, and dairy products across New Zealand and Australia. Analyzing the migrated files using SAP BI and setting up a dashboard for the trendsetting of dairy and spirits. Reviewing and monitoring all the inbound and Outbound transactions using different integration components like Integration server, My web methods Server (MWS), Broker for messaging and Deployer.
Tested functionality, design and UI validation through the entire flow from Landing page, Product Page, shopping cart and checkout to order submission. Analyzed the large white listed customer data set during iPhone and NBN migration Launches and provided insights to the Busiess stakeholders.
