He was instrumental in setting up the Strategic road map of Goldshield 's Pharmaceutical division through acquisitions of number of products and companies.. He helped Goldshield to set up their base in Europe and created a network of distributors in over 50 countries outside of Europe. He was also instrumental in developing the ‘Virtually Integrated Philosophy’ at Goldshield. He led the management buyout of Goldshield Group plc in 2009 together with Private equity firm Hg Capital. The company was sold to Cinven, another private equity group in 2012.
