I help banks and financial servicers figure out how to run operations better, whether that means redesigning a process, consolidating vendors, bringing in automation, or redesigning operating models end to end. Five years in, across three roles that gave me an unusual combination: I've designed solutions, I've evaluated them from the client's side, and I've led the commercial architecture to make them work. Areas I work across: mortgage origination, underwriting and servicing; banking operations transformation; presales and RFP architecture; pricing and commercial modelling; AI and automation integration; operating model design.
Presales and solution design for mortgage and banking transformation engagements across the US market. Most engagements start with a diagnostic, understanding where a client’s operational costs and inefficiencies actually sat before building a solution around them. From there, the work involved structuring the operating model, leading the RFP response, and developing the business case that went in front of client leadership, typically framed around measurable cost and efficiency outcomes. Worked across mortgage origination, servicing, and default operations, with a focus on how automation and workforce design interact in large-scale transformation.
Part of Everest Group's Commercial and Solution Analytics (CSA) practice, a specialist team that advises financial services firms on the commercial side of outsourcing decisions. Worked across both sides: helping enterprise buyers evaluate vendor proposals before signing, and helping service providers sharpen their commercial and solution approach before going to market. This involved benchmarking commercial terms, evaluating vendor proposals, and reviewing contract structures
Early career grounding in banking operations - payments, collections, and mortgage. Supported as-is/to-be assessments and contributed to RFP responses, including work on Fortune 500 financial services engagements. Also did early automation scoping work, such as looking at where RPA made sense versus manual processing.
