Having spent the last 25 years developing her craft of educational and marketing communication targeted to the skincare and beauty sector. Kirsty believes communicators guide the way, supporting clients in igniting ideas which move their audience in one powerful movement or in a moment by moment over time. Having worked for many leading skincare and cosmetic brands, covering the alphabet of brands. From Aveda, Clarins, Dermalogica, Neal’s Yard Remedies through to REN Clean Skincare. In roles from product training, product development, sales & brand ambassador relationships with KOL's within skincare and Healthcare Professional communities. Stepping into more corporate roles as Sales and Education Manager for Aveda, National Wholesale Manager for Neal’s Yard Remedies and Training and Congress Manager at Godrej UK. Kirsty managed P&L’s, designed three to five-year events, business and marketing plans. Kirsty worked with PR and creative agencies as project lead ensuring KPI’s were achieved and campaigns delivered on ROI. Kirsty is active within the natural beauty community having co-managed the Free From Skincare Awards from 2017 through to 2019 and was a board member of UK Spa Association from 2016 through to 2018.
