CompTia A+, Network +, Security + CYSA+ Certified I'm currently working as an IT digital support advisor within a busy and creative university environment, helping staff and students solve technical issues and stay connected. I work across both Microsoft and Apple platforms, and use tools like Intune, Azure, and JAMF MDM for device management and security. My day-to-day includes troubleshooting hardware and software issues, supporting university-specific platforms like Microsoft and Uniapps, and working with a wide range of creative applications used in Music, VFX, Gaming, Photography, Fashion, and Animation. I also provide AV support using Extron and WolfVision systems in classrooms and lecture spaces. I enjoy the problem-solving and variety in this role, especially when it comes to securing systems and supporting users in real time. I'm now aiming to move into cybersecurity, where I can build on my current experience and focus more deeply on protecting systems, data, and users in an increasingly digital world. Continuously studying Cyber Security looking for more learning opportunities in the field, I am doing several qualifications and have been A volunteer case support specialist at the Cyber Helpline for 3 years which has earned me an award for One To Watch at the Most Inspiring Women In Cyber 2025.
