Responsibilities of latest role: • Development of global internal communications strategy derived from business priorities, incl. issue and change/transformation management, budgeting, as well as implementation of all-employee facing communications of CEO, Board, top management, ensuring alignment across all brands, functions, channels and markets. • Digital evolution and content production for external owned Corporate channels (adidas-group.com, corporate blog, LinkedIN), as well as adidas' award-winning social intranet - including platform concept, design, analytics and user journeys to many internal or external adidas applications. • Content creation: concept and production for all own internal and external corporate channels in our in-house studio delivering great ROI. Previously, I was doing media relations incl. issue management, acting as global spokesperson for business and financial topics. Further responsibilities included supporting the Chief Corporate Communications Officer in developing and executing corporate communications activities for the CEO, Executive Board and top management on strategic business priorities, financial results communications, key sports events like the UEFA EURO 2008™ and the 2010 FIFA World Cup South Africa™ as well as employer branding by positioning adidas as an employer of choice both in horizontal and vertical media. Before joining adidas, I held various positions at IBM, e.g. coordinating Software, Systems and Executive PR in the Emerging Markets or doing PR for IBM’s Small / Medium Business / Business Partner as well as Life Sciences solutions in Germany. After graduating in 2001 and various PR internships (e.g. Lufthansa, Ministry of Defense, Kienbaum Consultancy etc.), I joined the IBM Germany trainee program which also included an external certification as PR consultant.
