I spent the first 34 years of life as a dancer, and much of my adult life in Chicago where I performed nationally and internationally with an acclaimed contemporary dance company. After my retirement from the stage, I have worked in several industries from teaching and choreographing, to waiting tables and presenting wine tastings, event planning and venue management, and veterinary health. I was able to complete undergrad while touring in 2014, earning a Bachelor of Science in Liberal Studies from Oregon State University. I began my studies in graphic design in 2017 while living in a renovated horse barn on a vineyard in northern New Mexico and I completed my degree in 2021. Now I am back in Colorado, the place that I am from, where I presently am studying for my licensure as a physical therapist assistant and enjoy creative and active pass times like graphic design, curating playlists, hiking and yoga. I love to cook while listening to true crime. My best self is always found in creative endeavors.
