• Casual Crew Member including for Drive Thru and Presenting at McDonald’s Australia – total 100+ hours. • Greet customers, take orders, answer questions, and ensure a positive customer experience with accuracy and speed. • Operate Point of Sale (POS) systems, cash registers, process payments, provide change and receipts. • Supporting other crew to maintain Drive Thru Open-End-Present-End (OEPE) targets during the shift. • Maintain a clean work environment, including kitchen, dining, and restroom areas; follow sanitation protocols before, during and after Open and Close. • Monitor and restock supplies, assist with inventory management.
