Senior product leader with 20+ years of experience across travel, loyalty, marketplaces, ticketing, and hospitality SaaS. My experience spans product strategy, discovery, prioritisation, roadmap governance, and delivery transformation, with a strong focus on helping teams work on the initiatives most likely to move customer, product, and commercial metrics. Most recently, at StubHub International, I stepped into leadership of the product organisation and helped sustain output through significant organisational change. I built and deployed a production AI product coach grounded in outcome-led product operating models, reducing initiative shaping time from weeks to hours and creating more capacity to focus on high-impact opportunities. I also led a root-cause analysis of a design system modernisation initiative, using contextualised AI to unlock major efficiency gains and create a model now being extended across the wider Product and Technology organisation. Earlier in my career, I led product and delivery work across hospitality distribution at Shiji, shared services and platform transformation at Mad Collective, airline loyalty platforms at Avios, and global product management at Pearson VUE.
