• Lead the Program Management Office (PMO) supporting the Global implementation phase of the Givaudan Business Solutions (GBS) organisation in Givaudan. • Build an internal Transition Office organisation: • Design the job structure, recruite, formalize and implement key roles and responsibilities. • Onboard new members and train in Project Managment, Budget, Risk Managment • Identify needed technology and tools necessary to support the organisation • Drive and support multiple global project initiatives including an employee collaboration program, centralizing the international mobility function and establish partnerships with global service providers.
