About

I spent 20+ years working across 30+ industries, from startups to Fortune 100 companies, helping executives and their teams solve structural problems and grow revenue. My approach draws from Toyota Production Systems, the Harada Method, TRIZ (a problem-solving methodology), and 10 Types of Innovation, blending Japanese and Western frameworks into practical execution. In 2006, I co-designed the full-stack architecture of a nationwide digital payments platform. It was a $150M build. It now generates over $2.5B annually. I currently lead building Japan's first Sovereign Fermentation Intelligence Foundry, a vertically integrated industrial platform that combines AI infrastructure with artisanal expertise to scale fermentation, brewing, and distillation through digitisation, robotics, and microfactories.
