I led the plant coordinating and collaboration between ENEC, FANR, KEPCO, KHNP Westinghouse & TRANCO National grid. Employing lean techniques for early discovery and lessons learned we cut the startup schedules by 20% per unit while maintaining safety and quality. Directing Fuel load and Power ascension control centres we had the agility to carry out design improvements to emergency core cooling systems, Main feed pump seals, Condenser through wall leaks and a major Exciter fire which require re-engineering a new exciter suit and the repair, replacement and recommissioning of 400 burned cables without impacting he startup critical path.
