Over 10years experience on remote and onsite subsea controls system commissioning and operations on FPSO and offshore vessels/platforms worldwide as well as RIG operations on Subsea Wellheads, Tree installation and Completions. • Supervises 5off installation and commissioning technical crew comprising of 2off Controls Engrs., 2off hydraulic Techs and 1off electrical tech. • Responsible for FPSO topside installation of all Onesubsea delivered PCS equipment. • Responsible for the mechanical completion and pre-commissioning of FPSO topside equipment such as MCS, ROTs, SPCUs, HPUs, TUTU etc. • Responsible for the Mechanical completion and commissioning of installed Subsea equipment such as Manifolds, Trees, UTA, SDUs, Flying leads and in-field umbilical etc. • Provide Controls technical support during Subsea installation of MFLDs, Trees, MPFMs etc. • Provide Controls technical support during SRTs, SIT, & EFAT of delivered subsea equipment • Provide Life of Field engineering support to Exxonmobil on Erha Main and USAN projects. • Plan and coordinate subsea equipment SRT or EFAT • Plan and coordinate logistics of subsea equipment ‘to’ and ‘fro’ offshore • Coordinate procurement of consumables and sundry items required for Subsea equipment installation and commissioning • Ensures all Company procedures, HSE guidelines as well as international standards and norms applicable for subsea systems are met in accordance to safe Oil / Gas Field operations
• Supervises the OneSubsea Aftermarket Controls technical support group (Team of 7 Engrs.) • Provide remote and on-site technical expertise to Aftermarket and other OneSubsea plants with regard to the handling, integration, testing and commissioning of Controls equipment. • Provide technical expertise to Aftermarket and customers with regard to use, troubleshooting/problem solving, maintenance and operation of controls equipment in the field. • Execute technical investigation and resolution of Field Performance Reports (FPRs) raised on all controls equipment to determine the root cause of failure, proffer solution(s) and preventive/corrective actions to mitigate against future occurrence • Provide technical expertise/supervise repair work on controls equipment returned. • Provide response to technical queries via Field Performance Reports (FPRs) and ad-hoc reports from Cameron worldwide plants on all aspects of delivered Controls equipment. • Technically support Subsea System design by providing “lessons learned” from subsea equipment field performance. • Mentored two developing subsea controls engineers. • Technically support the generation of commercial quotes for spares and upgrades for Aftermarket projects. • Support warranty decisions based on Terms & Contracts of projects and technical engineering judgment. • Ensures all Company procedures, HSE guidelines as well as international standards and norms applicable for subsea systems are met in accordance to safe Oil / Gas Field operations
