King was responsible for managing construction projects for school district clients in Califonia. He also commissioned several data center control and chiller plant upgrades in the Bay area. His other work also involved providing engineering support for several utilities' conservation programs.

King led the business development and engineering efforts for the BPC team in the Pacific Northwest.
• Led the technical proposal development of a $5 billion Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity ESPC Contract for Federal facilities. Led multiple teams in developing the investment grade audits and ESPC proposals for the GSA that resulted in a $10.8 Million project (Lighting, controls, HVAC, and water) • Provided strategic engineering support to McKinstry’s Regions on key projects and technologies, such as data center (air and power management), advanced LED lighting and advanced controls, and VRF systems.
