· Zaza Espresso Bar is a family business chain of four locations across Toronto, offering high quality coffee, pastry and dessert items. · As a keyholder Barista, I was responsible for opening the store by myself, taking orders from customers, handling the cash register, making latte arts and serving coffee.
· Cserpes Tejivo operates a chain of four cafes across Budapest, offering mostly dairy-based food items. · As Barista, I was responsible for taking orders from customers, handling the cash register, making latte arts and serving coffee, all the while keeping a clean, sanitized work and restaurant area. · Beside the barista-related tasks, I also assisted the supervisor in opening and closing the cafe, ordering supplies for the daily operations, keeping inventory of supplies, and making the schedule for the rest of the staff. · Often, I was asked to fill in shortage of staff at other cafes owned by Cserpes Tejivo on short notice.
