About

I am a consultant Neurologist and Co-founder and Chief Medical Officer at Kneu Health, a spin out from Oxford University. I graduated from Imperial College London with a double distinction in Clinical Medicine and a Bachelor of Science with First Class Honours in Neuroscience. I then carried out my general medical training in London obtaining membership to The Royal College of Physicians and went on to train in Neurology. I was awarded a Wellcome Trust Clinical Research Fellowship and completed a DPhil at The University of Oxford in Cognitive Neurology and Clinical Neurosciences. I have authored numerous original research papers in Neurology and Neurosciences and have a strong interest in medical technology and health innovation. I was previously an NIHR Clinical Lecturer in Neurology at The University of Oxford. I am also an NHS Clinical Entrepreneur, and part of The Academy of Medical Sciences Future Leader in Industry, Enterprise and Research programme as well as a Research Fellow at The Queen's College, Oxford and Fellow of The Royal College of Physicians. My research focuses on the mechanisms of motivation and memory within neurodegenerative disease such as Parkinson’s and Alzheimer’s disease, and my aims are to develop novel strategies and digital biomarkers for the early detection and risk reduction in dementia and Parkinson's disease.
