Own and manage the execution of all Heavy Duty Mechanic (HDM) recruitment objectives and goals. Lead the HDM Recruitment Team, consisting of three Recruiters and one support staff—responsible for prioritizing team goals, setting targets, providing direction, and delegating tasks effectively. Liaise with key operational stakeholders to maintain service levels, manage forecasting tools, ensure clear communication, uphold recruitment best practices, and act as the primary driver throughout the recruitment process. Lead and execute the Foreign Recruitment Program, including submission of LMIA applications for HDM roles. Manage the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), overseeing all tracking requirements and reporting responsibilities to senior management.ent

Supporting all departments in meeting their recruiting needs. Maintaining computer based recruitment tools, including online tracking systems, posting and advertising, job descriptions, interview profiles, applicant correspondence, job offer letters, and reports as needed.
Heavily involved with the Co-op student program which includes posting jobs, tracking all candidates, sorting resumes, selecting candidates, interviewing, and managing relationships with university contacts. Arranged and coordinated pre-employment drug screens and managing relationships with 3rd party lab facilities.Assisted recruiters with the management of the recruitment portion of corporate website and other external recruiting websites.
