Aloha! Here's a little bit about ME! Throughout my career, I have facilitated staff recruitment, job postings, new hire orientation, data management, payroll administration, staff training programs, and employee relations practices. With complementary skills in performance improvement, records management, and team collaboration. While I have gained most of skills and knowledge in an unorthodox fashion, primarily hands-on and trial by fire, I don't believe that I would change a thing. I learned and gained great knowledge under two HR Managers mentoring. I also attended various leadership trainings, seminars, conferences and am a member of SHRM. I am a doer, and I love new challenges and adventures! I see myself as easy to get along with, friendly and always open to learning new things. In addition, I have spearheaded and facilitated previous employers Employee Appreciation committees. Personally, I am originally from Hawaii and I love to travel, the sun sand and ocean! I am lucky to say that I have been fortunate to have visited all 50 states. I am a proud indigenous native hawaiian, and I love my culture. One of mine and my husbands favorite adventures is to take road trips on our motorcycle to places unknown. I enjoy all genres of music and concerts.
