About

I am a democracy and governance strategist with more than 17 years of experience advancing institutional reform, public policy, and human rights across government, civil society, and the private sector. My work has focused on strengthening democratic institutions, promoting rule of law and access to justice, and translating complex legal and policy frameworks into durable, systems-level change. Across roles in U.S. government, multilateral institutions, global civil society, and the technology sector, I have led cross-sector initiatives that bridge law, policy, diplomacy, and operational execution. I am particularly interested in how institutions adapt to modern governance challenges — from safeguarding democratic resilience and gender equality to shaping responsible technology governance. I bring a people-centered, equity-driven leadership approach and a track record of building trusted partnerships across diverse political and institutional environments to advance accountable, effective public institutions. Core expertise includes: democratic governance and rule of law; human rights and access to justice; institutional and public policy reform; technology governance; gender equality; complex program leadership; and multi-stakeholder coalition building.
