About

After 35 years in healthcare—starting as a nurse aide and working through every level of long-term care—I founded Sage Integrated Health to advance senior care through innovation and integration. Throughout my career, I have identified opportunities to enhance care delivery through better coordination and staff support. This experience inspired me to create a new model focused on comprehensive wellness. Sage represents my vision of integrated care: an ecosystem where residents thrive, families find peace of mind, and our teams are genuinely valued and supported. Through strategic partnerships with physicians, mid-levels, therapists, direct care staff, and best-in-class vendors, we are delivering coordinated care that addresses mental, physical, spiritual, and psychosocial wellness—creating seamless experiences for those we serve. We are committed to elevating standards where exceptional care is the goal, aging adults are empowered, and care teams are recognized as the heart of positive outcomes. Currently in Greater Tulsa and Oklahoma City with expansion across multiple states planned. We're also consulting and speaking internationally, sharing our approach with providers looking to enhance their care models. At Sage, we honor aging adults, invest in our staff's success, and create communities where remarkable outcomes happen every day. My expertise spans medical rehabilitation, restorative nursing, Medicare, Medicaid, and healthcare management. I have successfully led the turn-around and re-development of underperforming facilities, created and implemented programs to improve patient care and satisfaction, and facilitated training and education for hundreds of staff and caregivers. I am also an internationally recognized speaker and consultant, who shares my knowledge and insights on various topics related to senior healthcare, such as dementia management, rehabilitation, and long term care. My mission is to transform the senior healthcare industry by empowering and enabling the people who make a difference every day.
