My Responsibilities Include: Attending and representing SABA School of Medicine, St. Matthew's University School of Medicine and Medical University of America's at Health Professions Events, Graduate Fairs and University functions. Organize and host information sessions to promote our medical programs to prospective students. Meet with pre-med clubs and advisors at universities to provide information and answer questions about our programs. Work with university student ambassadors to promote GUS medical schools Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, administrators, faculty, and student organizations. Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials and campaigns to attract prospective students. Track recruitment activities. Assist in the development, implementation, execution, and management of a Regional Recruitment Plan designed to achieve enrollment expectations for defined region. Cultivate relationships with pre-med advisors from colleges and universities within the Northeastern territory to develop memorandums of understanding that create pathways for students to attend medical school and veterinary school. Serve as the Northeast's lead recruiter for all four schools, interfacing with potential candidates. Liaise with Admissions to Communicate the Admissions Committee's final decisions to candidates, including matters related to conditional acceptances, and enrollment documents.

Associate Director of Admissions: Reporting to the National Director of Admissions, the Associate Director of Admissions assists in the management of student recruitment strategies for American University of Antigua College of Medicine in an assigned territory by developing and executing a territory management plan. Responsible for identifying, interviewing and following up with potential students through the AUA enrollment processes. Working from a home office and remotely, the ADA will cover identified states within the Northeast. In this position, the selected candidate will be responsible for creating and maintaining productive and ongoing relationships with pre-professional academic advisors at colleges and universities within the region. The potential candidate will also be responsible for generating new leads by arranging and delivering presentations to key pre-medical student interest groups at their regularly-scheduled meetings. The position requires participation in regional information sessions and/or webinars, manning the “Live Chat” function provided by our corporate web site and responding appropriately to questions from prospective students and participating in health professions and graduate school fairs.
