Under the supervision of Professor Guojun Wang - Organize logistical and administrative tasks to support the development of the Poetics and Politics of Embodiment in Premodern China, to be held at McGill University on April 17-18th, 2026 - Coordinate the organization of translating the Wings 2026 Exhibition into French & Chinese, in collaboration with the JIA Foundation - Develop initiatives to promote career readiness and mentorship for undergraduate students in the Department of East Asian Studies, funded by the MLA Pathways Grants of $10,000 for a twelve-month period (story mapping through ArcGIS, workshops, alumni & professional mentorship, archival work)

- Supervise recruitment, evaluation, activities, and affairs of the Paprika Theatre Executive Team - Promote the interests of shareholders and the Group by overseeing the administration, financial oversight, and proper organization of operations - Working with Currents Group Consulting to re-evaluate strategic planning & develop more equitable, accessible, diverse, inclusive, & safe programming spaces for youth of all backgrounds
- Conducting jurisdictional scans, environmental scans & literature reviews on Anti-Racism Education policies & programs around Canada, with a particular focus on Anti-Asian Racism - Leading focus groups and breakout room discussions with Asian-identifying Ontario community members (i.e. high school students, post-secondary students, parents, educators, administrators, etc.), gathering qualitative data on their insights, recommendations, and narratives - Drafting a final 5-year strategic report for the Ontario government & school boards with findings, gaps, limitations, and potential recommendations to combat Anti-Asian racism in the Ontario education system
- Recruited managing/copy/general editors and advisors to kickstart the journal’s activities - Collaborated with a team of editors and authors to review submissions & design the journal's layout, successfully hosting a journal launch party in April 2025 to celebrate the significant works of students on East Asian Studies
