The project was a payment by numbers contract, meaning the achievement of KPIs was imperative to the funding of the project and its future success. I line managed a team, coaching them in the development of a recruitment plan for each recruitment site to meet their targets, increasing penetration and promoting the programme; regularly monitoring performance of each recruitment site against plan.
