I was responsible for developing and implementing a local strategy and processes to achieve stretch targets for the recruitment of young people in Bolton schools & education settings. The project was a payment by numbers contract, meaning the achievement of KPIs was imperative to the funding of the project and its future success. I line managed a team, coaching them in the development of a recruitment plan for each recruitment site to meet their targets, increasing penetration and promoting the programme; regularly monitoring performance of each recruitment site against plan.
