I sit at the intersection of ESG strategy and data. With 1.5+ years in ESG consulting and a background spanning carbon modeling, Python, and machine learning, I specialize in turning messy sustainability data into decisions that move capital. Most recently, I built a full Net Zero 2050 carbon roadmap for a global asset management client — modeling 3 PPA scenarios across a 27-year horizon, identifying 1,161 tCO2e/yr in reduction potential, and projecting ~$86M net cash flow through 2050. My MA thesis at Universität Hamburg: I built an ML model to estimate corporate Scope 3 emissions across 11 GICS sectors — directly addressing the zero-filling problem that plagues major ESG databases like LSEG. What I bring: Carbon accounting & modeling (Scope 1–3, GHG Protocol, CRREM, SBTi), Python, SQL, Tableau, ESG frameworks, Cross-cultural fluency: lived & worked across 6 countries.
Built carbon models and Net Zero roadmaps for institutional real estate clients, combining GHG Protocol methodology with financial modeling (CAPEX/OPEX, cash flow analysis). Key project: Developed a full Scope 1&2 emissions model and Net Zero 2050 strategy for a global asset management client — identified 1,161 tCO2e/yr reduction potential across energy efficiency, PPA, and carbon offsets, projecting ~$86M net cash flow through 2050. Also led LEED/GRESB assessments, established CSRD/TCFD due diligence frameworks, and designed a sustainable neighborhood rating system for Seoul Metropolitan Government.
