Successfully implemented the Workday project at Roswell Park while leading training and organizational development throughout the institute. Key focus on stakeholder management and end user adoption while showcase the change impacts and process improvements. Coordinated development of training materials and training classes for approximately 4,500 associates.
Managed 12 projects within the indirect/direct consumer lending and retail businesses while liaising between 40 technicians, operations, legal, compliance and core business associates. Ensured legal and compliance partners were kept abreast and documentation was readily available for audits. Communicated with leadership and project leads.
