Provide Human Resources support to 6 Executive Vice Presidents and their divisions base at Corporate headquarters and world wide Lead organizational development initiatives such as differentiated workforce, organizational assessments, 360-assesments and succession planning Lead global performance management training initiatives including training material development, facilitator training and roll-out of world wide training Partner with division leaders to close a remote site which included employee communication, identifying transfer and retention opportunities, development of site closure schedule and severance packages for existing employees Investigate employee relations issues and partner with appropriate managers and legal staff for recommendations and resolution Provide coaching and guidance to mangers and employees on employee relations issues, compensation, performance management, career development, hiring and policy interpretation Responsible for new manager on-boarding; provide 1:1 orientation and facilitate group team building exercise Ensure adherence to company policy and procedure and employment law including Title VII, and relevant State, Local, and Federal laws Conduct equity analysis and provide recommendations consistent with the compensation philosophy based on salary data and internal equity Support a Company wide reduction-in-force.
