I am passionate about creating environments where people can learn, grow, and succeed in their roles. Over the past years, I have worked across Learning & Development, employee development, change initiatives, and corporate health management. My experience ranges from designing onboarding and development programs to facilitating workshops, supporting digital learning initiatives, and building structures that help people perform at their best. What motivates me most is understanding the needs of different target groups and translating them into practical, user-centered solutions. Whether it is developing a new learning concept, improving a process, implementing a digital learning platform, or facilitating collaboration across teams, I enjoy connecting strategy with hands-on execution. I thrive in collaborative environments and enjoy working with diverse stakeholders to create meaningful learning experiences and sustainable change. My particular interests lie at the intersection of learning, enablement, digital transformation, employee experience, and organizational development. Currently, I am working on topics related to Learning & Development, digital learning, and Corporate Health Management, supporting more than 2,300 employees across multiple locations.
