Oversee day-to-day operations within Erie county; maintain regulatory standards within adult day center and across all disciplines; Monitor and implement interventions to reduce utilization; manage interdisciplinary team and staff of 40+ employees within Erie County; Monitor and maintain electronic medical records meeting regulatory standards and HIPAA compliance; draft and send service delivery denial letters; Written and verbal correspondence with participants and caregivers; Written and telephonic outreach to community providers; collaborate with intake and marketing professionals to increase program census; respond to grievances and appeals per regulatory standards; collaborate with outside entities (APS/AAA/Law Enforcement/etc)
Working directly with children, parents and other caregivers to address concerns identified by Erie County Childrens and Youth Services; working collaboratively with OCY Caseworkers to assist parents and caregivers to meet goals and expectations to provide safe home and community settings for children in the program; assist parents and caregivers to achieve goals set by OCY; assist educators to understand how trauma can relate to behaviors in the classroom and how best to address concerns.
