- Lead and develop a team of HR generalists across 5 countries, supporting scalable, high-quality service delivery across 21 EMEA locations. - Own end-to-end HR operations and employee lifecycle processes for a diverse, multi-jurisdictional workforce. - Prioritize and execute high-impact initiatives (“big bets”) aligned to business growth, scalability, and compliance across Europe. - Manage a complex stakeholder landscape across regions and functions, driving alignment on priorities, timelines, and delivery outcomes. - Champion continuous improvement by identifying inefficiencies, standardizing processes, and enhancing the employee experience across regions. - Navigate and apply evolving local legislation and employment practices across EMEA to ensure compliant, consistent support.
