- Responsible for launching and expanding the Construction division within Madison Recruitment. - Developing new business opportunities and managing strategic client relationships across the Belgian construction market. - Conducting in-depth client meetings to understand organizational structures, project pipelines and recruitment challenges. - Recruiting and introducing technical and management professionals within construction, infrastructure and industrial building environments. - Managing recruitment projects from intake to successful placement, including salary negotiations and stakeholder management. - Advising clients on talent acquisition strategies, market intelligence and employer positioning. - Building a specialized network of construction professionals and decision-makers throughout Belgium.
- Managing an account of 40 FTE consultants in Industry, Oil & Gas. - Working together with the client to find the best candidates for their vacancies in collaboration with our recruitment department. - Negotiate contracts with consultants and clients. - Negotiate framework agreements with procurement departments. - Leading performance reviews of consultants with their onsite supervisor and adjust behaviour when necessary. - Developing and maintaining solid business relationships with clients and consultants - Financial administration.
- Developing a new customer portfolio within a starting Engineering business unit through cold calling and account management - Meetings on site (or digitally) with prospects and customers to understand the organization and functions - Sourcing, screening and introducing candidates to clients - Follow-up of ongoing application processes - Negotiating cooperation conditions and salary proposals
