I'm the Executive Director of EnergyTag, a non-profit organization driving decarbonization in the power sector by advancing electricity markets and carbon accounting. With teams in Europe, North America and Asia, EnergyTag collaborates with hundreds of leading organizations globally, spanning the electricity sector, civil society and governments. I have advised institutions, including the International Energy Agency (IEA), US Federal Government, European Commission, on clean energy markets. I serve on influential committees shaping the future of electricity carbon accounting, such as the GHG Protocol Scope 2 Update and has been featured in leading media publications such as the Financial Times and Bloomberg. I was named a 2026 World Economic Forum Young Global Leader in recognition of his clean energy work.
- Lead author on world first standard for 24/7 electricity tracking supported by 100+ organisations (incl. UN Energy, Google, Microsoft...) - Design and promote more accurate and transparent carbon accounting practices. - Panelist at multiple conference in 2022 to discuss next generation of clean energy markets. - Chair bi-monthly working groups with 50+ stakeholders - Define and advocate for robust Green Hydrogen standards with 24/7 clean energy delivery. - Regular interactions with government (US EPA/DoE, EU Commission, Taiwan, UK) to encourage clean energy market reform. - Run the operations and administration of the initiative
- Lead Operations of NGO with goal of creating the world's first real-time electricity tracking standard - Ensure successful delivery of standard with successful consensus amongst members - Coordinate 10 demonstrator projects across three continents. - Manage relationships with key stakeholders (i.e Google, Microsoft, EDF, Enel, EU Commission, EPA, BEIS) - Advocate for EnergyTag as new "Gold Standard" for renewable sourcing claims and green product manufacturing - Run day-to-day operations.
