I'm Kilian, founder and CEO of Cookie Couture and medihair.com. In 2023, I co-founded Cookie Couture with the mission of bringing the classic American cookie to Europe by uniting French patisserie artistry and German baking craftsmanship. What started as a small shop in Cologne quickly became a growing franchise. We now have 19 stores across Germany, with many more in the pipeline. My early corporate experience at Ford Motor Company as a financial analyst gave me valuable insight into the business world. However, I soon realised that my true passion lay in entrepreneurship. This drive led me to build medihair.com, a global knowledge hub and comparison platform for hair transplant patients and clinics.
