• Supervise and train techs to work in multiple areas of the hospital • Manage scheduling of the technicians and coordinate staff meetings • Communicate with drug reps/lab companies for maintenance and inventory • Complete all technician duties in exam rooms, surgery, and treatment areas
• Assist doctors with appointments and routine surgical procedures • Sufficient in venipuncture, IV catheters, dental cleanings, monitoring anesthesia • Educate owners on preventative care while exhibiting customer service skills
• Walk dogs outdoors, build their social skills in gated pens • Socialize cats, waste removal, grooming • Lead walker and side walker in arena for therapy lessons • Groom, clean hooves, tack and feed horses, muck out stalls
• Administer vaccines/dewormings to raccoons and organize vaccine spreadsheets • Provide daily care (nutrition/enclosure cleanings) to native wildlife • Release animals after proper rehabilitation/abiding by NJ wildlife laws
