Assists in Atrium's recruiting and talent acquisition procedures and strategies by hiring candidates in the IT and Technology field. Help screen candidates, set up interview, help with onboarding with candidate placements. Our applicant-centric philosophy ensures outstanding placements for both the client and the candidate! I am responsible for full cycle recruiting and account management on Atrium's National Information Technology team. I utilize resources such as internal applications, LI Recruiter, Indeed, Monster and Career Builder to source for resumes. I virtually interview candidates and make the match! I work closely with clients to find the best additions to their team.

Recruit potential new members to join the plan through our referral plan. Grow existing accounts through recruitment of friends and family. Responsible for assisting members with daily transactions such as processing funds withdrawals and distributions. Process transactions going into members' accounts.
