With over five years as an English Language Teacher, my mission has been to empower foreign exchange students with the language skills necessary for academic success in the UK. The focus of my role has been on developing individualized educational plans, utilizing my strong organizational and interpersonal skills to guide each student through their unique learning journey. At the heart of my teaching philosophy is a collaborative approach, working alongside students and their families to pinpoint strengths and areas for growth. Together, we set achievable goals and schedules, resulting in a track record of students attaining their desired grades. My dedication to crafting personalized learning experiences reflects my core competency in creating an effective, student-centered educational environment.
Delivering high quality, personally developed English lessons to foreign exchange students preparing for study programs within the UK, all with the main goal in mind of helping students achieve the necessary grades to graduate and qualify. I cultivated small groups of students and led them through specifically structured educational plans in order to use teaching techniques that best fit their needs and attain the optimal results. I worked closely with both students and their families to identify strengths and weakness, collaboratively formulate the best plans for each, and set out schedules to help them achieve their goals.

Joined the business after returning to full-time work following teaching English, applying customer service insight and expertise previous cultivated in earlier roles within a leading Sportswear brand. I provided a bespoke customer experience reflective of the brand’s reputation, driving sales strategies in order to maximise business ROI by capitalising on customers’ purchasing trends and the latest releases and discounts. I took initiatives to help shape dynamic, capable teams through customer experience principles I have developed across many years of experience.
Oversaw the day-to-day and long-term management of the departmental office space, ensuring that all administrative duties were met, conducted ad hoc responsibilities wherever possible, and took initiative to address any potential issues within the office. I worked adaptively and reflexively with a broad purview within the business, meeting a range of needs including directors’ scheduling, minute keeping, updating internal records, contacting clients, and speaking with members of the public.
Assisted in the overall management and maintenance on-site for the cattery and its current residents. Working closely with animals of varying ages, sizes, medical needs and temperaments required an unwavering and diligent attention to detail, ensuring that the cats’ health and wellbeing was prioritised while also ensuring staff safety. Additionally, I worked closely with members of the public, responding to calls and emails as well as handlingface-to-face interactions with visitors coming to drop-off or pick-up their pets.
