I began his loss adjusting career at Crawford & Co in 1992, after an initial Five years in underwriting and claims at Guardian Royal Exchange, (now AXA) I completed almost 10 years at Crawford & Co, where I adjusted a wide range of commercial claims across many business sectors to include the Paper, Pharmaceutical, Agricultural, Manufacturing and Food and Drink industries, culminating in a customer managerial role. I joined GAB Robins in 2002, where I took on a variety of different managerial roles over a four-year period – from Area Operations Director, to UK Broker Director, Catastrophe Director and Regional Field Manager I am now on the UK Board of McLarens, a niche firm of Chartered Loss Adjusters with an exclusive focus on commercial claims (all classes) and also the complex/high-net-worth personal lines market. I am joined on the board by like minded colleagues who are all highly motivated and share the same goal of being recognised as the quality provider of Loss Adjusting Services, measured by our client focussed service and unrivalled expertise. Specialties: A senior idividual with over 26 years experience in the Insurance sector. A Chartered Adjuster & Insurer with natural leadership ability and high technical claims expertise. Whilst I handle a wide variety of claims I specialise in Property, Transit & Business Interruption claims for both First and Third Party Insurers. I have a deep knowledge of Insurance Supply Chains and Purchading Strategeies, pros and cons !

Having initialy started in underwriting I engineered a move to the GRE claims department which I felt was more challenging and indeed rewarding, in that you assisted with making customers' lives better following an Incident. This was an excellent grounding for my forthcoming loss adjusting career.
