The Director of Technical Services leads Bridewell's UK specialist security consulting practice, spanning security architecture & design, offensive security, operational technology (OT), and cloud security & identity. The role centres on turning deep technical delivery into repeatable, architecture-led services that help organisations design, build, and prove genuinely secure systems. It carries accountability for the practice's technical quality, delivery, and growth — setting the service strategy and roadmap, developing its leaders and consultants, and building the technology partnerships and thought leadership that keep the practice at the front of the market. Ultimately, the role exists to ensure that technical services deliver real security outcomes for the organisations they protect — cyber security, where it matters.
