I became a computer tech with zero computer experience and after 3 months building & repairing computers, I became the highest performing tech in the company with a 99% accuracy rate. Within 6 months I was promoted to Parts Supervisor and became responsible for tracking & auditing our entire inventory of PC hardware across multiple locations while assisting the Order Supervisor with leading multiple teams of computer techs to ensure all orders were completed before daily deadlines. While attending college in Santa Barbara, I built approximately 200+ ride-share bikes to be deployed throughout University campus and neighboring student housing locations. After building up the fleet to a sustainable mass of 500+ pedal bikes & 120+ E-assist bikes, I became the sole technician responsible for maintaining the performance & traffic flow of the entire fleet during peak weekend traffic hours. I learned landscaping in a company of primarily Spanish speakers where I quickly earned respect for my punctuality and reliability. Despite language barriers, I was able to learn fast and communicate effectively with assigned teams. I thrive in environments where I can blend technical skills with hands-on solutions. Whether it's fixing computers, tuning a bike, or improving outdoor spaces, I have built an incredibly strong work ethic and am driven by a passion for delivering quality results.
