Through respectful engagement, meaningful partnerships, and advocacy, I work alongside Indigenous Nations and organizations to create opportunities that support self-determination and lasting, community-driven change. My experience in Indigenous relations, engagement, equity, education and behavioural support has shaped my approach to building strong relationships and advancing meaningful outcomes. I bring both strategic thinking and lived experience to my work, guided by a commitment to reconciliation, collaboration and Indigenous-led solutions.
-Contributed to the Indigenous Relations Steering Committee, supporting strategic planning and implementation - Supported Indigenous procurement initiatives and partnerships with Indigenous-owned businesses - Represented the company at Indigenous conferences and events, managing travel and expense accounts independently - Conducted research on Indigenous policy, social issues, and funding opportunities - Drafted internal communications and company integration materials - Authored a Global Indigenous Relations Policy to guide respectful engagement across international operations - Monitored budgets and tracked expenditures for Indigenous Relations programs, events, and engagement activities to ensure effective resource allocation - Led Indigenous awareness training for 30 employees - Supported CCIB PAIR accreditation efforts to strengthen meaningful Indigenous relations

- Successfully lead the change of the local philanthropy to The Aboriginal Mother Centre Society. - Lead the recruitment of New Members. - Oversaw all chapter operations for 100+ chapter members while modeling servant leadership and emphasizing the mission, vision, and core values of the organization. - Lead and manage weekly chapter meetings with 100+ members in attendance, as well as regular Leadership Council/Executive Board meeting with 21 chapter leaders, multiple committees, departments and operations. - Work with fellow leaders to set plans for the year’s activities including education programs, membership growth, publicity, finances, social and other activities.
