About

"Pharmacoeconomics and outcomes research" is the area to see the economic/humanistic/clinical impact of drug usage for a variety of stakeholders including patients, payers, and governmental agencies. As population continues to age and the prevalence of chronic conditions continues to increase, population-level outcome evaluation will take a center stage of drug usage and health policy. With a good understanding in from basic science to clinical science, impacts of a healthcare intervention can be analyzed from not only researcher's perspective but also clinician's viewpoints.
