Senior UX Researcher with a passion for understanding people, their behavior and needs through research. I'm skilled in delivering human-centered insights that inform and shape AI, digital and hardware experiences. Currently, I am researching privacy and AI at Google via dentsu. Prior to my current role, I was one of the primary researchers on the Fitbit App redesign and Fitbit Sleep feature (Fitbit's most engaged feature) at Google and contributed to it's exponential growth in user base. I've influenced design and biz decisions for the 3 most engaged with features on Fitbit across software and hardware through evidence-driven understanding of the ~35 million users at Fitbit and Google. Led tactical and strategic research for the Fitbit product at Google at the capacity of a Senior UXR, leading to product launches and future product ideation.
One of the primary UXRs on the Fitbit App redesign and the Fitbit Sleep mobile experience; directly impacted design decisions, launches, and new product offerings. Established partnerships with Bay Area start ups and organizations to support with end to end UXR, often a function that did not exist but was highly needed for product development and focused business strategy. Example of responsibilities: • Executed all aspects of research including research operations (ppt management), defining research objectives, conducting sessions, analyzing data and presenting key deliverables with partner teams. • Collaborated with lead designer, PM, engineering teams to fully understand teams' needs and priorities from research and to ensure the deliverable is framed appropriately per audience. • Shared insights with the CEO and larger team that influenced product development, the strategy and design direction. • Based on start-up needs, identified and employed a range of research methods best suited to address the research objectives.
Via crystal equation corp • Supported 100+ studies and over 20 UX Researcher across 7 different product teams, managed and scheduling over 8000 US + International participants and trained incoming recruiters as well. • Support researchers transitioning to tech from academia with research project recruitment logistics and study build.
