Ensure that the sellers who have been onboarded are complying with the legal requirements of respective countries. • Investigate the documents produced by the seller to ensure its correctness and prevent any fraud from happening. • Coordinate with the sellers to produce right set of documents so that their background verification is completed and also the legal requirements of the countries are complied with. • Coordinate with various stakeholders in the Company to ensure that the all the required processes in terms of release of payment, listing of products, blocking of seller etc. are complied with. • Meet the SLA and work within the specified SOPs of the Company while undertaking any processes and also meet required targets as applicable to the work being assigned.
• Provided account related services to customers by accepting cash deposits, cashing cheques, issuing savings withdrawals, demand drafts, fund transfer. • Cross-sell bank products by answering inquiries, informing customers of new services and product promotions, ascertaining customers’ needs and directing customers to a branch representative.
