While working with TCS under SBI customisation project, I was designated as Assistant System Engineer. I have provided my services as a developer and below are the roles and responsibilities fulfilled during the tenure :- Ø Participated in various developments and enhancements done in the field of Alerts and Intimation for banking operations (SMS and Email communications for certain banking operations) and also awarded for the same. Ø Responsible for the carrying forward the new projects from various SDLC phases starting from Requirement gathering, development/enhancement, System Testing, assisting User Acceptance Testing and Integration Testing, providing support to Implementation team while deploying the project in live environment. Ø Provided L3 and above level support towards customer complaints. Ø Analysed technical and functional approach of the development, documented the same along with the gathered requirements from the client.
